Sam Sternin thought I should take a look at the alumni page and I am very happy to see quite a few familiar names. After leaving Hanoi I returned to Sweden to finish high school. As my mother went back to work in VN I had the opportunity to visit Hanoi and among others Charlene, Thai and Preya that where at UNIS at the time. Currently I am studying International Economics at Linkopings University in Sweden. I am of to France to do my third year at Université Jean Moulin III in Lyon this fall. Me and my brother Gustav have very nice memories from Hanoi and I feel
very lucky to have been able to spend time at a school like UNIS where
I got the opportunity to meet some wonderful people. I hope to see you
all again and it would be really nice to hear from you and find out how

So after UNIS I moved to a boarding school in Sydney and was there for a year and a half. I then moved to Pakistan to 'reunite' with my family. I was there for two years and then spent my senior year of high school in Manila. Four years later and here I am...I'll be receiving my degree in Architectural Engineering this August. Right now it's hard to predict what's in store for me after graduating but I hope to be around Boston. I am still in touch with most UNISers from the early 90s. I never tire of talking about the fond memories we shared. I'd love to go back and see how things have changed and perhaps even meet other UNIS alumni. I'd absolutely love to hear what everyone's been up to since they left Hanoi so please feel free to email me!!! (05/2002)

Hiya, My name is Laura Dawson, I did my last two years of school at UNIS from 2000 - 2002, taking the IB exams in May 2002. I am currently living in Oxford in England where I am at university in Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford. I am studying Modern History. At the moment my sister Charlie who also went to UNIS at the same time as me is living in Oxford as well, and is going to school at St. Clare's IB college.
I spent 4 special and unforgettable years at UNIS Hanoi! I am still in touch with friends I made there and occasionally meet up with them too. I am currently completing my Masters in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation at Imperial College, and live on a campus just outside London. If anyone is passing my the London area any time soon and would like to meet, it would be great to see you!! I hope to go back to Vietnam in the near future - it has been 7 years since I left!
